The warm weather is approaching us. So, please be sure to have your child dress appropriately for school. It gets warm in our classroom and their bodies get hot while running around the playground. I have taken down winter clothing items to lost in found that no one claimed in our classroom. So, you may want to check if your child has any items in lost in found.

We will begin the district writing prompt this week. The writing prompt will be informational writing on living things. We have been studying living things in science, so the class should do well on this writing piece. At the end of the week we will follow up and plant a flower seed in class and write a informational how to writing piece.

Earth Day is Wednesday, April 22 so we will learn ways to keep our Earth clean.

Homework packets will go out this week with the theme of Earth week.
