Peek at Week

Letter Rr   –    New sight words – play, up, said

Students have sight word ring cards in their book boxes. We have been practicing reading sight words to self and to a buddy. Please review and practice sight words weekly with your child to further progress their sight word reading skills.

There will be no homework packet this week.

I will not be in class on Wednesday, December 17. I have a district conference to attend. Ms. Leslie will be subbing in my classroom.

We have had a number of illnesses in the classroom. To prevent germ contact, please make sure your child can blow their nose and they cough into their arm and not their hand. We have been using hand sanitizers and have been practicing good hygiene with the cold season.

Have a great day!

Mrs. Polgar
