Sh WORD bag!
Today we talked about WORDS that have a sh sound like, sheep, ship, shark, fish etc. Please find 3-5 items at home that have the sh sound in the WORD and put them in this bag for your child to share in class tomorrow (Thursday, January 25th). Thank you!
2. Reading Bag-
#1 Reading Group Books—fill out READING LOG for NEW book! Students have a pink log in their folders!
#2 Practice ALL 25 sight word cards including NEW word “he.” Have your child look for this word in books and talk to them about how to use it properly in a sentence (for a BOY). Have them use the word in a sentence they come up with!
3. Math Bag- Math Workbook Units 3 and 4 need to be completed before our February Break.– Please continue doing a page each night! This is also GOOD PRACTICE FOR NWEA MATH!!! We take our NWEA MATH test on January 26th.
Reminders:
Friday, January 26, 2018 NWEA at 9 am, get a good night sleep and eat breakfast in the morning.
THIS Friday, January, 26 is a half day for the end of the marking period.
