• Oakman Folder- Sign and return behavior calendar for OCTOBER— parents please initial next to the circle for today. Letter Ee bag that makes the short /e/ like elephant, envelope, and egg.  Please find 3-5 items at home that start with the short e sound and put them in this bag for your child to share in class (Thursday, October 25, 2018 ).  Thank you!
• Reading/Math Bag-Please take 15 minutes to “read” the NEW
  early readers in your child’s bag.  Remember there are 3 ways to “read” a book!  Also, practice counting using the 100s chart (point to each number as you count).

• READING GROUP BAG—> read black and white book 3 times remembering to point to each word as you read AND extend to asking questions such as: “Find a sight word on this page. Point to word that starts with the /s/ sound. ETC.” Sign reading log!  
• Math- Green workbook lesson 29 — work on number formation 0-10!
