- Reading Bag- ALL 14 sight words (new word W-E- WE!), ABC chart for letter names and sounds, and books YOU SHOULD BE READING EVERYDAY! Parents PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS as your child read’s to increase their comprehension (understanding) of the stories they are reading/listening to. Below are some questions to ask when reading a book:
- Math Bag- practice count to 100 by 1’s and 10’s using chart and/or youtube songs (search: count to 100, count by 10s), practicing counting cubes to 20 and practice WRITING NUMBERS 1-5 on laminated strips with dry erase markers, NEW GAME- Comparing Numbers on the 5 frame
