End of Semester Information

Good Morning,

As promised, I will attach the PowerPoint I have been using in class for you to review.  I will also attach the study guide and the SSR project.

  • ALL SSR PROJECTS ARE DUE BY TUESDAY

I am working on grades and as I have said repeatedly, grades will continue to change until I submit them.  Please do not email me about missing work from previous card marking periods.  If you do plan to email me, please make sure you use proper formatting and spelling AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, DO NOT EMAIL ME AFTER 7 PM.  I WILL NOT RESPOND.

Emails should include a salutation –

Examples of this would be:

  • Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening
  • Dear
  • Hi/Hello
  • Miss Palonis

Then, you would hit enter and begin typing your email.  There should be some type of greeting, then you can start asking your questions.  When you have finished, you need a signature, for example, “Sincerely” works really well.  Before you hit send, please proofread.  Make sure you spell names properly!

Please make sure you do these things.  I will not respond to your questions until the email is formatted properly.

Here’s an example:

Dear Miss Palonis,

I hope this email finds you well.  I am writing you because I was wondering why I have a C in your class.  Blah blah blah, something about missing assignments or retakes or something.

Thank you for your time,

Katie

If you have any other questions or concerns, let me know (in a properly formatted email!)

Good luck on all of your finals!

-Miss Palonis
