Reading: This week we will conitunting working on context clues to find the meaning of words and look at text features.

Writing: This week we will be continue working on narrative writing. We will be publishing our writing.
- W3.3 Write narratives to develop real or imagined experiences or events using effective technique, descriptive details.
Math: Students will solve two-step word problems involving multiplication and division and assess the reasonableness of answers.
- 3.OA.3 Use multiplication and division within 100 to solve word problems in situations involving equal groups, arrays, and measurement quantities.
- 3.OA.5 Apply properties of operations as strategies to multiply and divide
Science: Our focus for science this week is how can we change the motion of wheel and axle systems rolling down ramps?
- 3-PS2-2 Make observations and/or measurements of an object’s motion to provide evidence that a pattern can be used to predict future motion.
Social Studies: We will locate natural resources and explain the positive and negative consequences of their use.
- G5.0.1: Locate natural resources in Michigan and explain the consequences of their use.
- G5.0.2: Describe how people adapt to, use, and modify the natural resources of Michigan.
