Ramadan Mubarak!

To those who observe the month of Ramadan, Mrs. Abdellah and I wish you health, wealth, and happiness <3

This year Ramadan will look different as we are still fighting a global pandemic of COVID -19 and follow the state mandated stay at home order. From virtual iftar with family and friends to mosques hosting prayers and classes online.

During this crisis, the values at the heart of Islam – compassion, gratitude, and generosity – resonate more than ever. A time of charity and spiritual contemplation, Ramadan reminds us to put the needs of others before our own and to practice those values in our daily lives.

– Justin Trudeau – Canadian Prime Minister
