Learning Activities for Tuesday March 31st!

Thank you for all of the lovely pictures I received yesterday!

Here are the activities for today, feel free to contact me if you need alternative options or suggestions. The main idea is number recognition and corresponding amounts, this is an area in which we are currently growing. These are also great activity ideas for all of your children at home.

Please make sure you are sending me pictures of your child completing the activities for our Friday blog post!

8 am – Good Morning!

Good Morning Parents and Students, today is… Tuesday!

Remember our letter of the week this week? Did you find anything in your house that starts with the letter Ii?

9 am – Counting to 20 and Exercise!

10 am – Academic Activity

Our Activity for today will be matching numbers with amounts of dots. You can use paper and post it notes like the picture shows. If you do not have these items, no worries! You can use a piece paper (write the dots on it) with smaller pieces of paper (showing the numbers).

11 am – Creative Time

Explore this website, make a recipe with your child from Food Network – Cooking with Kids! Ms. Stafiej and her niece LOVE to make Animal Pancakes together…. breakfast for lunch anyone?! 🙂

12 pm – Lunch Time

Remember to eat your fruits and vegetables <3

Ms. Stafiej is having an apple with soup.

12:30 pm – Chore Time

Clean your spot after lunch, help to wash the dishes, clean up your toys and help with laundry.

1 pm – Quiet Time

Children have time to relax and “charge” their bodies. If your child doesn’t normally nap at home, they can read stories or do a quiet activity of your choice (no screens please!)

2:30 pm – Academic Time

Daily 5 – Read to Self

Find your four books from school, read your books to yourself or to your sibling.

Then Practice your letters with Paw Patrol!

Stretch of the Day

Can you stretch your body like this?
