Hello Families,
Just a few updates I would like to notify you of!
The 1st is the field trip for next week…
We will be going next Thursday to the Michigan Science Center.
The field trip is free and parents are welcome! When you turn in your child’s permission slip, please let us know if you plan on attending. A clearance from the office is required for parents to attend.
This is a full day field trip; breakfast will be at school at 8:05, we will take the bus from school to the Michigan Science Center, bagged lunch will be provided for the children, and we will take the bus back to school with our normal departure time at 2:50. If you are attending with your child, this is a reminder that there is no food or drink allowed in the museum or on the bus. Please plan to pack a lunch for yourself, but please do not share with the other children due to food allergies.
The 2nd update is for the After School Exercise Club…
The program is free! Mrs. Epperly and Mrs. Saleh are hosting the after school club. It will be a wonderful experience for all students 🙂 Our dates will be Tuesday April 22nd, Tuesday April 29th, and Tuesday May 5th. If you would like your child to attend please return the permission slip as soon as possible with a copy of the drivers license for who is picking your child up on those Tuesdays at 3:50. There will be an end of year celebration for all students but that will be announced later on!
