Reminder that this Wednesday, February 10th is a Late Start day.

Report cards for the 2nd card marking were sent home last Friday along with your child’s scores on the most recent NWEA. Please review the information with your child. Families are encouraged to visit the Dearborn Schools website to find links to websites that relate to your child’s NWEA RIT score to help them study at home.

There is no school Friday, February 12th and Monday, February 15th due to the district’s Mid-Winter Break. 

 Chapter 6 math tests were taken today. They will be coming back tomorrow. Please make sure to go over the test with your child. 

Please remember to send your child with a towel tomorrow, and also in comfy clothes. They will be doing yoga!!! Our party time is 2:30-3:00 pm.

A reading log went home today please make sure that you send it back every single day. I’m going to be checking to see that they are reading 20 minutes per day.

Breakfast will no longer be served in the classroom starting February 1st. Students may go to the cafeteria for breakfast between 8:15-8:30 in the morning.
There is a PTA meeting this coming Thursday, February 4th.
There will be a sign up sheet for our classroom Valentine’s day party outside our classroom. The party will be Thursday, February 11th. Students may send in Valentine cards and/or candy to pass out to classmates. A list of students’ names was sent home last week.

This Thursday is our second PBIS party. We are having a yoga party. Please send in a towel with your’s child. 

Correction it’s Thursday the 11th. No school that Friday!
