We will be having our 2nd grade Winter Music Concert on Wednesday, December 17th at 7:00 p.m. Please have your second grader at Snow about 15 minutes earlier. Parents can drop them off in our classroom and then go to they gym to find a seat. I will bring them to the stage and you can pick them up in the lobby after the show! Students should dress nicely for the concert. Thank you! See you then!

Tomorrow is the Secret Santa shop. Our class will shop from 1:30-2:00 p.m. Please make sure to send money with your child to school if they are going to shop for presents.

Wednesday, December 10th is a Late Start day. The first bell will ring at 9:35 a.m. Breakfast will NOT be served in the classroom. Students may go to the cafeteria at 9:00 for breakfast.

They will be sold in the school lobby, December 8th-December 12th from 3:35 to 3:45. The cost is $1.00 a message. A special surprise will be included with the message. We will have a small Holiday Party on Friday, December 19th. I will put a sign up sheet outside our classroom later this week for families to donate treats for the class.

On Friday, December 5th, at 6:00 p.m. the Snow School PTA will be hosting a Holiday Movie Night and Bake Sale in the gym. This year’s movie will be The Santa Clause 3. PTA is asking for donations for the bake sale.

Thank you to all of the parents that attended Parent Teacher Conferences last week. The rest of the families will be attending conferences this Wednesday or Thursday evenings.

The PTA is once again hosting the Holiday Shop this year on Dec. 9, 10 and 11. Students may bring money to shop for gifts for their families and friends. The Holiday Shop will be held in Room 5 this year. Our day to shop is December 9th at 1:30pm

Picture retake day is this Friday. If you’d like to take if you’d like to retake your child’s pictures you need to bring back the envelope with all of the pictures. If the pictures envelope is not brought back your child will not be re-taking their pictures. Are scheduled for this Friday morning. If the kids needing retakes want to participate, they will be able to change into their pajamas right after their pictures are taken!
