PBIS Party

Week of February 1st-5th
A reading log went home today please make sure that you send it back every single day. I’m going to be checking to see that they are reading 20 minutes per day.
Breakfast will no longer be served in the classroom starting February 1st. Students may go to the cafeteria for breakfast between 8:15-8:30 in the morning.
There is a PTA meeting this coming Thursday, February 4th.
There will be a sign up sheet for our classroom Valentine’s day party outside our classroom. The party will be Thursday, February 11th. Students may send in Valentine cards and/or candy to pass out to classmates. A list of students’ names was sent home last week.
This Thursday is our second PBIS party. We are having a yoga party. Please send in a towel with your’s child.

Talent show
Tomorrow your child talent show slip is due, if they would like to audition. The audition is Thursday after school. The talent show is in April.
Spaghetti Dinner
Good morning ~
Good Shepherd United Methodist Church is having a spaghetti dinner on February 5th, with 100% of all money raised (ticket sales as well as any donations) to be given to the Blessings in a Backpack program in Dearborn. A copy of the flyer is attached with full information including the menu and ticket prices.

Changes to the Breakfast Program
Changes to the Breakfast Program
On Monday, February 1, we are making some changes to our school Breakfast Program. Breakfast will be available in the cafeteria from 8:15 – 8:30 AM. From 8:35 – 8:45, students will be able to pick up a breakfast in the cafeteria to be consumed in their classrooms as part of our Breakfast in the Classroom program.The cost for breakfast is $1.25/day or $.30 for reduced lunch students. If your child receives free lunch, he/she also receives a free breakfast.
It is going on the school blog today. Notes to parents will go home tomorrow. Breakfast for the MOCI students will still be delivered to the classrooms
