When to Keep your child at home

While we are in the midst of cold/flu season, we wanted to share with you helpful guidelines for parents to know when they should keep their children home from school. We hope this helps communicate our expectations to parents and alleviate some frustrations with children coming to school ill. Not only are these guidelines for when parents should keep their children home, but also for when we should send students home.

Math Test Return

Students took the Unit 5 Math Test today. I have corrected them and they went home today. If your child received a “4”, he/she may retake the test Tuesday. The student needs to come to me to tell me if they are retaking the test. If a student received a “3”, he/she may see me to do test corrections to receive 1/2 credit to improve their grade. Congratulations to those students who received a “2” or “1” on the test.
