Dear parents and guardians, Due to the forecast showing inclement weather for Halloween, we are putting in place an alternative plan to move the parade indoors in case it rains. Having the parade indoors causes many challenges. Since we would still like you to have the opportunity to attend and participate, we are asking for your help to keep the environment safe, organized, and fun for all. If you would like to attend the parade: You will be required to stay in the gym behind the cones that will be placed to keep a route open for the students. We ask that you remain in the gym for the duration of the parade to minimize traffic in the hallways as much as possible so the students have space to view and participate in the parade. This means even if your child has walked by, please stay in the gym until all the students have passed through.

Cooperate with and be respectful of staff direction.

To ensure that this is a fun and safe experience for all:

1. Please be here on time (The parade will begin at 1:45 pm)

2. Please follow the above listed guidelines.

The general guidelines for the parade are still the same: Students will bring costumes with them to school Students may not be signed out during the day for costume changes etc… Homeroom moms and staff will be available to assist with costume changes when necessary Thank you for your cooperation.
