Reading We will continue to investigate Penguins. We will
identify the main idea and details about this topic read. We will
also identify author’s purpose to inform. We will then discuss
friendship.
Writing We will finish our writing about penguins. We will
then write our opinions about a friend using adjective.The

Math We will be counting numbers 0-100. We will continue to
practice count by 5’s to 100. We will learn about number bonds.
We will learn to compose and decompose numbers sets within
10 using number bonds, pictures, number sentences, linking
cubes and base ten blocks.
Social Studies We will continue to learn about daily
timelines: morning, afternoon, night. We will also learn weekly
timelines: yesterday, today, tomorrow.
