Writing: We are creating a class menu! Please send in sample menu for kids to explore and get ideas if you have any laying around. We will then role play and write their orders. They need to order a main dish and a drink. Sentence stem will be: I will have___. I will have ____.
Math: We will practice writing 1-50. We will continue to practice what addition looks like and we will practice ways to add and group. We will practice counting on instead of of counting from the beginning. Please practice addition using hands, utensils toys etc.. We will introduce the calculator and how to add using a calculator.
Science: Physical Science begins! We will discuss the position of objects and the shape of objects. We will discuss how these ideas effect the way they move (motion). We will also discuss push and pull.
