NOTES:
- You may have noticed your child came home with a zip loc bag with their name labeled on it. This is a book bag. Please leave this book bag in their back pack every night. Each week I will be providing 1-2 take home books that will reinforce the letter or words learned throughout the week. The children have read these books in class, highlighted either the letter of the week or sight words we have learned and will need to practice at home.
- Homework: I will be sending home a reading log that will be for the month of October. It will be turned in at the end of the month. Please read with your child for 20 minutes a night and record the book read.
- Wednesday is late start. Students will report at 9:30
- Wednesday is Library check out day. Please make sure your child puts their book in their backpacks, so they remember they have a library book to return and check out a new one!
- There will be no school on Friday, October 3 and Monday, October 6. See you on Tuesday, October 7th!
