Registration Is Now Open for the 2020-2021 School Year

We are officially starting registration for the 2020-2021 School Year! This is going to be done differently than years in the past, due to Social Distancing Orders. We currently have all of our Registration Forms and Paperwork online. Please note that registration for the All Day Preschool will be done the same way as the Kids Club Program.

Here are the Step by Step instructions for Registration

Go to the blog at https://iblog.dearbornschools.org/earlychildhood/ (This blog is controlled by our Early Childhood Supervisor Stephanie Stover)
You will see that there are several “pages” on the Home Screen (Black Bar).
The first page you will need to go to is Registration for All Programs ( https://iblog.dearbornschools.org/earlychildhood/registration-forms/ ). Clink on the link for All Day Preschool/Kids Club Forms. This will direct you to a google folder. You will need to print all three forms (Registration Form, Parent Contract Form and Financial Agreement).

Please write legibly and include all contact information such as phone numbers and email addresses for all parents and/or guardians.

Please use only ONE FORM PER CHILD and make sure you include the child’s birth date and the grade the child will enter in the fall.

Please include a CHECK made out to DEARBORN PUBLIC SCHOOLS for your registration. The registration for the All Day Preschool and Kids Club Program is $65. If you are a returning parent and have a credit you may indicate that on your registration form. If you do not have a credit, you will not be registered. If you have a balance on your account that will need to be paid prior to registering, please contact our billing secretary Laura Baydoun  billingech@dearbornschools.org if you have any questions regarding a past due amount.

Registration is on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS based on the postmark. If you cannot mail the forms there is a “drop box” at the Administrative Service Center 18700 Audette St. Dearborn, MI 48124. Please indicate Early Childhood Programs Room 21. The slot for the drop box is in the double doors at the Receiving Room entrance past the green awning Welcome Center entrance. Please understand that processing for registration will take longer than usual due to the work circumstances.

You will also be required to fill out a whole new packet of information (Child Information Card, Physical/Immunizations, ect.). Theses you can scan and email them directly to me or print off to return at a later time. These papers can be found under the Kids Club/Preschool Registration Packet Items Tab ( https://iblog.dearbornschools.org/earlychildhood/registration-packet-items/ ).

If you do not have access to a printer, I will notify you of a Form Pick Up Day that will be held at the ASC Building (sometime after May 15th)

If you have any questions regarding registration, please let me know!
