To enroll in kindergarten, students must be five years old by September 1. Waivers are available for students who will turn five after September 1 but before December 1. Retell your favorite story. How many details can you remember
Cut out strips of paper and place them in order from shortest to longest.
Practice your cutting skills (stright line, curve, and zig zag)
Go outside and collect sticks and make different letters with them. Can you make your name out of sticks?

Muffin Tin Counting. Place cupcake liners with numbers written inside of it. Have your child count out that number of pieces of cereal and place them in that cupcake liner.
Write your name/letters in sand
Syllable Clapping. Ask your child to clap how many syllables are in their name. Than have them try it with other family members names.
