Summer Vacation
I hope you all are enjoying your time off of school. Although, don’t forget to always think and inquire scientifically at all the things around you this summer. I’m currently in Iceland and because its so close to the north pole here, it’s daylight around the clock during in the summer. The tilt of the Earth’s axis is responsible for this, remember! I’ll keep you all posted on my travels. Tomorrow, I am going to visit where the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates meet or rather move away from each other. I’ll also be visiting one of the main glaciers, black sand beaches, and waterfalls.
