Good morning 5th grade families!

After watching the forecast and noting the shift in the weather (from a 20% to 60% chance of thunderstorms on Friday), we have made the decision to reschedule our 5th grade promotion ceremony to Thursday evening at 6:30pm.
We understand that scheduling for families is difficult, so we are hopeful that this time frame will accommodate family work schedules. Here is the schedule for the festivities:

• 6:00 Arrival time
  • Students report to their classrooms. 
  • Parents may be seated.
• 6:30 Promotion Ceremony Begins
• 7:15 Refreshments and Photo Opportunities

We would like to request that students help stack up chairs following refreshments.  Any other help from families would be greatly appreciated.
