Class Party Friday

Image result for happy holidays

It’s almost that time… Winter Break! This Friday, December 21st our class will be hosting our holiday celebration from 9:00am to 11:00am. This year our theme is Winter Fun! We will also be having a pajama day, so students should wear their pajamas and bring a cozy blanket to school. Students may wear slippers in the classroom, but will need a change of shoes for the rest of the day. We will be enjoying a breakfast of Eggo waffles, fresh fruit, and juice. We will also making gingerbread houses, and playing “reindeer games”. Families are welcome to attend!

In honor of the giving spirit, we will also be hosting an in-class book exchange. We ask that each child bring in one new or gently used book, to donate to our class book exchange on Friday. Boys should bring in a book for a boy, and girls should bring in a book for a girl. Please wrap your book in wrapping paper, and label it, “Book for a boy” or “Book for a girl”. These books will be numbered, and each student will select a number, to receive the corresponding book. This will ensure that each student receives a surprise book from a classmate.

I wish you and your family a happy and safe holiday! Thank you so much for your support in making this a great year!
