Today we were lucky enough to have a few different mystery readers visit our classroom. In the morning Mrs. Perales came in and read “If I Built a Car”. The kids really enjoyed the story and Leighton was very excited to have his mom visit our classroom. Thanks you for taking the time to read to us!
In the afternoon, we were excited to have Pauly and Mahdi from second grade come in to read to us. They shared with us their favorite Jan Brett book, “The Hat”. The kids laughed and made connections to other books written by the same author. It was nice to see my former student Pauly and how he has grown into a fine reader. Thank you boys for reading to the class!
