How Many Feet? Math Project #2

In this project the kids will count how many feet are in their house and think of a creative way to present their work.

Requirements:

  • Count how many feet are in your house. How many are adult’s feet? How many are children’s feet? You can even count your pet’s feet!
  • How many toes are on all the feet in your house?
  • Show how you know.
  • Use whatever material you have available to present your work. You can use poster paper, construction paper, markers, crayons or any other materials. you might like to  draw a picture of your family and label the feet with numbers. You can trace and cut out feet, make footprints using paint, or come up with your own ideas. Be creative and have FUN!!!
