Monday 10/31 is Halloween

4th graders & families!

Monday is Halloween! We will be participating in the all school parade at 2 pm. If you would like, students may wear or bring your costume to school on Monday. No gory (bloody, dismembered, zombie, scary) costumes, and no clown costumes.

It would be great to have some healthy snacks provided for students to enjoy in the afternoon. If you’d like to bring a vegetable tray or fruit tray please comment below! 1 of each would be awesome! We would also need plates to serve the snacks on.

Our class has earned a project reward for good behavior. Students will be painting on Monday, so you might want to send an extra shirt so your child doesn’t ruin their costumes.

Thank you in advance for your donations! Snacks should be at school by 1 PM please 🙂

Students will not be permitted to call home for costumes or missing costume pieces on Monday.

Have a great weekend!

– Mrs. Brady

New Homework Policy

In alignment with our school’s new homework policy, students will now be responsible for keeping track of their daily reading & math fact practice. In addition, students must now practice Science & Social Studies skills daily.

A monthly homework calendar will be sent home at the start of the month. Students must keep the calendar in their binder, along with their planner. The homework calendar must be initialed or signed every night. By initialing you are confirming that your child did their required assignments for the day.

If you would like additional practice sheets for your child you may visit https://www.commoncoresheets.com/ to print free worksheets, or visit Staples, Walmart, Amazon.com, or The Teacher’s Store for grade level workbooks.

Homework calendars will be check periodically & graded weekly.
