Dear Families, The clean up parade is Monday, May 14th at 9:30. Please have your child wear the t-shirts they ordered. They will be sent home later this week. If your child didn’t order a shirt please have them wear the designated color for their grade level.

Thank you!
Teacher Appreciation Week is here, and I want to thank all the families that helped brighten up our teacher’s lounge. It is very relaxing:) A special thank you to the Hicks, Noone and Occhipinti family for donating their time all weekend! Now if you could only come to my house.
I received three really sweet letters yesterday and flowers today from a few kids. It’s the little things that keep us teachers going through the testing window that we like to call “May.” So as stressed as I was to come to school today, I was soon overwhelmed by your thoughtfulness.
Enjoy the sunshine families! And even though it is “teacher” appreciation week, I want you to know how much I “appreciate” your kids.

Quick note
Friday is Star Wars Day (May the 4th be with you). Students may wear Star Wars shirts to school tomorrow. Please do not bring light sabers, Gungans, or Ewoks to school.
Also, please keep the mason jars coming! Almost 1/2 way there:) They can be found at any craft store for less than $3.00

Bring your Child to Work Day is Tomorrow!
Tomorrow is “Bring your Child to Work Day”
Therefore, I am moving the Social Studies Test to Friday.
If you’re child is not going to be here tomorrow, please let the office know because there is a different code to be put into the system for absences. Also, have your child keep something from your job so that they can share with the class on Friday. This is a teachable moment for all kids, I encourage you to bring them if you can.
