Today was perfect. From the weather, to playing and swimming. All of you help was so appreciated in making this the best trip of the year.

We will continue with our final NWEA test on Tuesday, Language Usage.

Thank you for the fantastic time and all the drivers from yesterday’s field trip it was so fun. The kids really had a great time and exercised for 2 hours without even realizing it:) Packets were sent home if you are interested in “Open Gym” or classes in the summer.

Friendly reminder there will be no school tomorrow or Monday for the Memorial Weekend holiday. Next Week’s events:

NEXT WEEK’s Spirit Day

We began NWEA Reading assessment this week. We will continue to assess for the next week. We will only continue spelling in school. no more assessments have been given since M-Step. The students should continue focusing on reading at home and math at home.

In social studies we are continuing to pilot the new iLEARN program. Government has been really exciting and we will continue this unit until June. Next week we will be holding moc elections and we will begin plays. They will be preformed at a later date! Look for the invitation by the end of next week.

Music Concert is Tuesday evening, Field trip is Wednesday, no school Friday or the following Monday.

Thank you, again for your continued support, I was overwhelmed by the amazing attention I received from teacher appreciation week.

Camp permission slips and deposit are due by this Thursday.  We currently do not have near enough to attend next year.  If you have concerns or questions pls. don’t hesitate to contact Mrs. Ranka or Courtright.  It would be a shame to put a stop to this 20 year tradition.
