Homework

Your child will have homework almost every night. Most often the homework will consist of Math (a practice sheet that goes along with the lesson that was taught that day) and  reading. Your child will be bringing home a folder each night that has the homework in it. Read their planners and sign nightly, their behavior will be on the bottom of each day.

Classroom Rules

“House Points”

The following explains the color system:

Blue – Ready To Learn

Red– Teacher Redirect

Gold– Stop and Reflect

Green- Parent Contact

Your child will be writing the color they earned at the end of the day in their planners. Sign and return daily.

They will clip down if they do not follow a rule but have the opportunity to move back up the chart if earned. At the end of the month the “blue’s” will be tallied and the winning house will win a prize.
