A note about Spirit Week from Mr. Attee:

Spirit Week will take place from March 13 through March 17th.

Monday:  DuVall spirit wear!

Tuesday:  sports apparel (including team hats). 

Wednesday: favorite characters from a book (follow the DPS code of conduct) or dress up for their future career (The Places You Will Go)

Thursday: March 16th is crazy hair day

Friday:  wear green 

This week we will finish our Government Test. Part 1 (written responses) is today. Part 2 (Multiple Choice) tomorrow.

In math we will continue with multiplication and division, and the strategies of  “Multiplying up,” “Partial Products” and “Partial Quotients”

In Writing we are drafting our second Fantasy story with elements of magic and mystery while including “Voice” (dialogue, strong word choice, bold print, personality) and clear origination with beginning, middle and end.
