Updated Cell Phone Policy

Cell Phones

  • The Dearborn Public Schools board of education policy does not allow students at the elementary level to have cell phones at school. Students who are caught using cell phones in school, including sending text messages, will be subject to disciplinary action and the phone will be confiscated and held in the office.  Phones may only be picked up from the office by a parent/guardian.  This includes smart watches, such as the Apple Watch, that have cell phone and Internet capabilities.
  • DuVall Elementary School is not responsible for lost or stolen cell phones or other electronic devices.
