HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

I am so excited to be back with you. I hope you all had a wonderful, relaxing break. I know I did!

We will be doing a few things differently in this new year. The main thing is we will no longer have a sharing time first thing in the morning. I will reserve this for after lunch each day. Also, you will have more assignments to post in schoology. This will help you and your family keep track of the work you have done and any that is missing. Remember that our zoom meeting starts at 8:55- so login and click on the link in schoology so you will not be marked tardy. 

Here is our schedule for Monday, January 4, 2021: 

8:55 log onto our ZOOM meeting – link in our schoology folder 

fill out planner – NO SHARING TIME THIS MORNING – IT WILL BE AFTER LUNCH 

9:00 – 10:00 reading 

10:00 – music break with Mrs. Meyer

10:10 – snack and recess 

10:30 – math 

11:45 – lunch 

12:25 – log back onto our ZOOM meeting 

12:30 – 1:30 show and tell

please bring something to show (like a gift from Christmas) or be ready to share your favorite time or memory from our winter break. 

1:30 – 3:00 reading groups

1:30 – Fatima, Layana, Sofia, Yousef and Salah

2:00 – Jack, Nolan, Abbas, Ahamd and August

2:30 – ALL 3rd graders

3:00 – media class with Mr. Neff (go to MY COURSES icon at the top of schoology then scroll down the list to his class)

3:45 – homework/ make sure ALL work in schoology folder is completed for today.
