Math: Double Digit Multiplication all week. We will be having the End of Module 3 Test later next week. It will be on division and multiplication. 

Spelling: Spelling list will go home today. Test on Friday!

Reading: 30 minutes, **** Reading Log will be sent home today! please initial the log each day!** Log is due on Friday.

4th Grade Weekly Homework Sheet: **New Homework sheet and it’s all about Language Usage**  Homework is due on Friday.

Valentine’s Party: Parent who are donating food/drink items, please send them on WEDNESDAY! Our party will be on Wednesday from 12:00 to 1:40! Students can wear Valentine’s Day attire! A list of student names is provided at the bottom of this post.

Math: Division Quiz on Wednesday. Students will have 6 division problems and 2 story problems to solve.

Spelling: Spelling list will go home today. Test on Thursday!

One awesome 4th grade perk is learning recorder in Music class. You have two options when purchasing a recorder:

1. Pay $6.00 to get the recorder and the book
2. Pay $2.00 to get the book. (No Recorder included)

The permission slips and money is due on MONDAY, February 11th. 

Valentine’s Day is right around the corner. On Wednesday, February 13, we will be having a party from 12:00 p.m. to 1:40 p.m.This party will include passing out valentines, making heart sun catchers, STEM Candy Heart Challenges, and a fan favorite BINGO! I am asking parents this year for donations for healthy snacks. Please look at the sign-up and feel free to donate.

NWEA Announcement: We are done, for now!

Math: We are working on multiplication and division with bigger numbers. Homework check on Friday.

Spelling: Spelling list will go home today. Students will be doing spelling activities throughout the week to get them ready for their test on Friday. 4 activities must be done on iLearn by Friday.

Reading: 20 minutes, Raz Kids or reading book

NWEA Announcement: We did start the Math NWEA today. We will continue to test for NWEA until everyone is done. prepdog.org is a great free website that has test questions for each subject area (except for Science) that are similar to the one’s on NWEA. Go to 4th Grade RIT Quizzes and you will see Basic, Proficient, and Advanced quizzes for Reading, Math and Language. Please feel free to take any of these quizzes through the NWEA testing period.The NWEA testing period will end on Friday, February 1st. If you have any questions, please class dojo message me or email me.
