– Popcorn Sale Slips are coming home today! Please fill it out and turn it in by Thursday, February 8th!

The only homework this weekend is to read. Mr. Short is encouraging students to use MyOn.

Welcome to the first week of the 3rd Marking Period. It is a quick one with only lasting 6 weeks.

The homework for the week:

Math: Math page everyday. We are working on multiplication and division. **There will be a test either Thursday or Friday on the material we have been working on in class. We will have a review the day before the test.

Reading: Reading log everyday. Please remember to sign at the bottom. Mr. Short is encouraging students to log into their MyOn account for reading at home. (If you need assistance logging in at home, please tell your child to inform me in class. I will do my best to get you the login information as quickly as possible.)

Spelling: Get to 30 Menu. Test for spelling and academic vocabulary on Friday.

Haigh Families,

On Monday, January 29th, we will be hosting our third annual HAIGH CARNIVAL for our January PBIS celebration. Students who have maintained positive behavior will have the opportunity to attend the carnival and play some awesome games and even win some prizes!

However, the event can only be a success with your help. We are in need of volunteers to help run stations at the carnival. If you are able to volunteer your time, it would also be appreciated. The time slots are as follows:

A.M. session – 8:35-11:15                          P.M. session – 12:50-3:25

We need 7 A.M. volunteers and 7 P.M. volunteers. If you are able to volunteer, please e-mail
