Halloween Thank You!

Thank you for making our Halloween party absolutely fantastic today. Miss. Vuichard’s class and ours had a blast. We started with homemade pancakes and toppings. The students decorated their pumpkins and made a craft. Next there was mummy bowling. We wrapped up the party by making mummies. There was so much fun and laughter. We couldn’t have done it without the organization and donations from our parents. Thank you again for giving your time to our classes. We truly appreciate it.

Happy Halloween!

Halloween Details

Our class will be having a combined Halloween Party with Mrs. Greco’s Class. They will be having breakfast, making crafts, and playing games. Please make sure to send your child to school with their costumes on! For this party, we would like to have only Room Parents come set up and direct activities, due to area space concerns.

For the Halloween Parade, all parents and family members are welcome! We will be walking around the school twice. The parade will start at 2:30 and will end around 3:15. If you would like to take your child home after the parade, please sign them out in the office. There will be no homework tomorrow! (This means your child does not need to do the Wednesday Box for the Weekly Homework)

Again, if your child would like to bring candy or a treat to pass out, then please make sure you send them with at least 23 pieces of candy or treats to pass out to every student in the classroom.

If you have any questions or concerns, please email me or class dojo message me!

I am hoping for good weather and a FANTASTIC DAY tomorrow!

DTE Energy Homework for Parents this Weekend

Today we had 2 instructors from the DTE energy program talk to the 4th grade classes. This presentation goes along great with our science energy goals.

The students brought home their energy forms that need to be completed in the next week. It can be done online or on the worksheet. If you do it online you must send in the code number they give you at the end of the survey.

If we return our surveys our class will be able to get a $100 grant to use towards our next field trip, which can cut our bus fees in half or lower each students’ costs by $4. It is a simple way for us to participate and be rewarded. Thank you in advance for your help.
