Fitness Circuit

Today exercise will include 4 stations. Spend 30 seconds per station, if that is too easy increase by 15 seconds.

Station 1– Burpees

Rest-30 seconds

Station 2– Pushups/Shoulder Touches (whichever one you can do)

Rest-30 seconds

Station 3- Planks

Rest- 30 Seconds

Station 4- Jumping Jacks

Complete all 4 stations and assess how tired you are. If you feel like you can go through all 4 stations again, try it! If not that is okay too, as long as you get a good sweat going that is the ultimate goal. Stay safe!
