I hope everyone is having a good week so far! Here is a look at today:

Spelling

-No spelling. Make sure to do the spell check activity!

Writing

-There is another part to writing to start today. Now that you picked your stance, you are going to take those reasons and put them on to a graphic organizer for the “body” of your opinion story. You will need to support the reasons with examples and details.
Assignment:
1. Watch the new video of Mrs. Juntunen explaining the new part of the lesson.
2. Start the graphic organizer. It is due by Monday.

Math

-There is no new lesson today. Make sure to turn in Module 5 Lesson 7 by today. You should practice Zearn- we are on lesson 7.

Reading

-We will have our second read aloud of Wonder this week today at 12:30!
I will post the link to Google Hangouts then!
*Remember if you miss it, you can watch the recording and answer the slides and turn them into me**
– Don’t forget the Readworks article due tomorrow
-Don’t forget the reading group assignment due tomorrow

Social Studies

-After learning a little bit about economics, today you are going to be completing a scarcity chart.
Assignment:
1. Watch the recorded video I created explaining and modeling the assignment.
2. Complete the Scarcity Chart and read the Examples of Economic Problems (I did the first one for you)
3. Have fun with a Social Studies word search!
This is due Friday!
