I have been off work Thursday afternoon, Friday, and I will also be out Monday. That is why Remind messages have not been coming home. They will start back up when I come back on Tuesday:)

Here is a look at our week:

ELA/Writing: In reading, we will be working on strategies to smooth out our reading and to summarize what we have read. In writing, we will be publishing our personal narratives this week! I will post the link when we have published the stories and you can check our your child’s story!

Spelling: Our spelling tests will be on Friday. (Unless there is a short week/ days off). You can always find our words on SpellingCity weekly for extra practice. Students have been graphing their spelling progress in their LIM Binders and the tests are sent home graded on Mondays.

Math: Thank you for looking at mid-module scores and sending them back to school signed! We will be working on Modules 14-17 this week. Keep encouraging Zearn at home as well!

Science/ Social Studies: In Science, we are going to continue to test our rollercoasters we have created using different heights and also learn how energy can be transferred. In Social Studies, we have been presenting our Human Characteristic slides- they have turned out great!! We are going to learn about regions this week and how the U.S. can be divided into different regions.
