ELA/Writing: In writing, we are finishing publishing our Opinion Writing pieces. We will also be doing some fun holiday writing to wrap up our week! In ELA, we are comparing myth texts and myth videos. We will be using a character/setting chart to make connections between the story and video.

Math: We just took our mid-module on Friday- our results will be going home this week! Looking at our overall concepts for Module 3, I would suggest continuing to work on estimation/rounding at home and area/perimeter. Our plan is to do Lessons 14-16 this week!
Social Studies/Science: In Science, we are starting our last Mystery on Energy! We will be learning about different energy sources and creating an energy efficient town. In Social Studies, we are learning about how immigrants brought more than just items/artifacts with them to the U.S., but they also brought culture and beliefs.
