This page is dedicated to giving you treatment ideas for home. We are know, going to the gym once a week isn’t going to cut it if you are trying to build muscle or reach your weight loss goals. You have to be practicing this lifestyle throughout the week to have the biggest impact. The same goes for OT. If you want your child to show good progress with handwriting, hand strength, self care tasks, motor skills, they need to be practicing these skills at therapy AND at home.
