Dearborn Goodfellows Class Service Project

Our class is collecting money for the Dearborn Goodfellows. The Dearborn Goodfellows have been helping needy children since the 1920’s. Their goal is to provide for the immediate needs of Dearborn’s Children.

Students are collecting loose change. If parents and/or family members would like to make a tax deductible donation, you may send in cash or a check made out to the Dearborn Goodfellows

Our goal is to raise $150.

All donations are due on or before December 1, 2015.

Thank you, in advance, for support our class service project:)

Welcome!

Dear Parents,

I would like to take this time to introduce myself and welcome you and your child to the fourth/fifth multi-age class. We can all look forward to many exciting and rewarding experiences as the year progresses.

Language Arts across the curriculum is a priority and will involve several projects allowing students to express their creative talents. Some supplies will be provided.

The following organizational materials and supplies are optional, but would be helpful to your child throughout the year:

school box (storage for pencils, colored pencils, etc.)

colored pencils (mapping skills/social studies and language arts)

thin markers (language arts, projects, etc.)

liquid paper or white-out (all subjects)

 extra number 2 pencils

 extra paper

one-subject (100 pages) spiral notebook (math journal)

If you would like to donate a box of Kleenex to our classroom, it would be greatly appreciated. In addition, students will need a Read-to-Self book the first day of school.

Your cooperation and assistance, throughout the school year, will be most appreciated.

Thank you!

Ms. Kelly Martin

P.S. We have limited space; therefore, it is preferred students do not bring Trapper Keepers.
