Before you delete your email from this blog, I wanted to extend a huge THANK YOU to all the wonderful students and supportive parents I have had the opportunity to work with this year.

Students, ‘The Sky is Your Limit’… You are truly amazing!

Parents, it is obvious you are doing an awesome job guiding your children to become positive members of society. They will be our leaders one day. I can’t wait!!!

Additional Information:

-Fifth graders should come to school at their regular time.

-Fifth graders should be dressed… no jeans, t-shirts with writing, etc.

-After the recessional, students will return to their classroom for last announcements and final good-byes.

-Please meet your fifth grader on the front lawn for a reception (punch and cookies).

-You may take your fifth grader home at the conclusion of the reception. 

NOTE: Fourth graders will be working on a science experiment during the honors assembly; however, they will have the opportunity to watch their fifth grade classmates receive their awards.

5th Grade Honors

All 4/5 students have been signed-up for math summer learning (iLearn and Khan Academy).

Students are asked to practice their math skills over the summer 10 minutes a day.

This is to avoid any summer learning loss.

I will receive data from the fourth graders and the sixth grade teachers will receive data from the fifth graders.

Camp 2016

Wednesday, June 8 – Friday, June 10

Students will need a white t-shirt for tie dying. Please wash the shirt (without fabric softener).

We should be back by noon on Friday. You may pick-up your child as soon as we return. Students will be allowed to call home.

If you need another packing list, visit the camp tab. You will find all the information needed.

Disposable cameras and bug spray are recommended. Please put your child’s name on the camera.

Flip flops and a swimsuit are also recommended for showering.

4th Grade Picnic

Bring the following: lunch, beverage, water bottle, beach towel or picnic blanket and sports equipment
