Fifth Grade Social Studies Tuesday, April 24 and Thursday, April 26

Fourth Grade Begins M-Step Tuesday, May 8.

Students will have a listening section on the fourth grade Language Arts. We do NOT have enough earphones for each student in the fourth grade. If your child has a set of earbuds they could use for the test, please put them in a Ziplock bag with their name. I will return them after testing.

Did you hear and/or feel the earthquake? A 3.6 magnitude earthquake rattled Metro Detroit.

According to the USGS, the epicenter of the earthquake was Amherstburg, Canada. That’s right across the Detroit River from Grosse lle, Michigan.

Wednesday, April 18 – Friday, May 4

Money collected will be used to plant flowers in front of Howard School.

The fifth graders finished the Language Arts portion of the M-Step today. I was very proud of the time and effort the fifth graders spent on the writing (TDA).
