Hello Howard Families, the Howard resource staff is excited to offer a parent math meeting on Tuesday March 26th from 8:45-9:45 a.m. in the library.

We will be discussing the Eureka math curriculum, and providing families with helpful resources and tips for at home implementation.

We hope to see you there!

Two ladies from DTE visited the fourth grade today. The topic was Home and Community Electrical Safety. Your child has a short survey (yes and no questions) to fill out with their family and return. The survey should take about ten minutes, including any discussion you may have as a family.

Please make sure your child has a sack lunch and beverage for our field trip on Friday.  No Lunch Boxes Please

Our lunch time at the DIA is very short. Your child will need to complete their lunch within 10-15 minutes. Anything that is left over will be thrown away.

We will eat their snack when we return to school.

Hello Families,

This Friday will be our first “Student Council Friday”.  For a donation of $1.00 the students will be able to wear a hat of their choice all day long or bring their favorite stuffed animal to hang out with them at school (it must be able to fit in their backpack). They can do both hat and stuffed animal for the discounted price of $1.50.  All money raised will go to the Student Council Fund which will be used to benefit the students based on their suggestions. Please help us help them.
