Watch Mrs. Maktari read one of our favorite fairy tales, The Three Billy Goats Gruff. At the end of the read aloud, I used the bookmark that we made at our literacy meeting to retell the story. If you don’t have the bookmark, make a new one, or just remember the story elements. The story elements are: the characters, setting, and what happened at the beginning, middle, and end of the story.
