Lowrey PTA Sales

At Lowrey Middle School, the Parent Teacher Association (PTA) holds regular fundraising sales. The students at Lowrey have great interest in buying items. The PTA staff holds breakfast sales, bake sales or Holiday store sales every Friday. Breakfast sales are usually for the first 15 to 20 minutes of the school day. Teachers are kind about letting kids bring their breakfast items to class. Bake Sales are usually held throughout the day, and many kids stop to buy on the way to lunch. Holiday Stores are held upstairs in the PTA room, and they have seasonal items for whatever holiday is near. Kids can buy gifts for friends and family members to help celebrate.
PTA raises money for new school equipment, books, school supplies, field trips, buses,and much more. When teachers come up with a plan for a field trip, the PTA is always willing and able to help. The money made goes directly back to Lowrey school, and is always used for positive reasons.
Bake Sales are a popular fundraiser. When a new bake sale begins, students and parents bake or donate different goods and the PTA President brings them inside.The bake sales are usually held in the PTA room or main lobby. The types of baked goods that are included are often cupcakes, cookies, chips, juice, etc. Many items in the PTA room get sold very quickly, popular items are always chips, candy,and brownies.
