Your child has been working in class on the Math Unit 4 Review. There are two parts. One review is for the Everyday Math Test and the other is for the District Test. Your child needs to complete all of it and study for the test. After it is completed, go over it with your child and help your child with areas as needed. It has not been checked. We will be reviewing in class also, but this is practice to check over and study at home. Please return with parent signature on the 18th. Thanks for your continuing support!

Review the three examples of methods to solve 2 digit problem. Ballpark estimate has the student round to the nearest ten. For example, 34 to 31 would be rounded to 30 while 35-39 would be rounded to 40. Have your child complete and return tomorrow.

There is a website for practice for the NWEA testing. It is prepdog. org
On the site, you can choose grade level 2 and the subject area. It would be a worthwhile site to have your child use at home a few days a week.
