Tomorrow we will be doing reading and math NWEA testing for students that did not start due to absences or students not done with a test.  Please be sure that your child is rested and has had a good breakfast.  Prepdog practice is encouraged too.

Spelling Week 30 is on Spelling CIty.  There are 20 words so there will not be cold words this week.

Today your child is bringing home a letter and paper to make a Leadership Poster for our Lindbergh Leadership Day! The poster must be vertical not horizontal. Please read the letter as it explains all the directions.  Have your child do a practice draft or drafts before doing the final copy on the paper that is provided. All students at Lindbergh will have their posters displayed.  Be creative and have fun!

2. Your child should be reading 20 minutes daily.
3. Continue doing reading , language, and math prepdog.
4. NWEA makeups and testing will be next week as this week was too busy!

The Social Studies Unit 4 District test was on the computer, so  I sent home the test score today with your child.  Your child glued the score onto their spelling paper.  It shows the number correct out of 24 and the percentile.

Thanks again to the parents who volunteered for the Dearborn Historical Museum.  It was a fun trip. I appreciate the parental support today and the support you have all provided all year!  Thanks  to all!

We had a wonderful field trip today to Greenfield Village!   Thanks for the terrific support!  We had 8 parents join us today!  Thanks again to each of you!

We are looking forward to our next field trip on Monday, May 2!

1.  We will leave at 9:15.  If you are a chaperone, be here before that time.
2. Dress for the weather.  Have jackets and umbrellas.
3. Bring a sack lunch and drink–double bag it.  Write your name on your bag.
4. Cardholders take care of entrance themselves.  (Students going without parent of cardholder  have already given me a scanned copy and permission).
5. Remember due to the space on the bus, chaperones may need to drive separately.

Today the Chapter 9 Review is coming home.  The Everyday Math and DEC reviews are stapled together.  Your child did have class time to work on them.  Please have your child complete, review, and send in on Monday, May 2 for the test with a parent signature.  We do have a field trip, but it is in the morning, so we will have the test in the afternoon.
