Today your child made a green folder for the items to study for the Social Studies Tests. There will be a District Test on the computer and a paper/pencil test in the classroom.  The items brought home today include a booklet made by your child and a study guide. Go over  all the items with your child this week.  The study guide is due signed by a parent on Monday, Oct. 24.  This is to verify that it went home and it was reviewed.  Do not send the student made booklet back.  Thanks.

The Communities Project is due this Friday.  Please send in the scoring sheet with the poster.

Spelling City has Week 6 words available.

If your child is interested in applying to be a Student Light House Leader, the applications went home today and are due on Wed., Oct. 16.

Leader in Me Parent Night is this Thursday, Oct. 20 at 6:30 p.m.

Today your child is bringing home a yellow paper describing the new social studies project that is due on October 21. The back side has a copy of the grade and scoring sheet.  I’m looking forward to seeing their completed posters!

Today your child brought home two study guides for Math Chapter 1. One reads chapter 1 Review and it a review of the ch.l EveryDay Math.  The other one stapled to it is a review made by the district.  We worked on each of them for a math period at school.  They have not been checked and they are not completed.  Please have your child complete them and go over them with your child.  Please sign and return them on Monday, October 10.  The signature verifies that your child got it home and worked on it with you.  The test will be on Monday.

Week 4 spelling test is tomorrow.

Wear red or Lindbergh shirts tomorrrow.
