Last week we learned a new letter “Jj”, the number 4 and the color red.  We also talked about celebrations.

This week we will talk about the letter “Kk”, number 4 and the color red.  We will also talk about more celebrations.

Our holiday party will be on Friday, December 22^nd.  We will have a book exchange, pajama day and decorate graham crackers.

BOOK EXCHANGE   The book should be a book that both boys and girls would like to receive.  No more than $5.00.  Please wrap the book and put on the tag:  To:  My friend  From:  (Your child’s name).  If your child does not bring in a book, they will not come home with a book.

PAJAMA Day  Your child can wear their pajamas to school on Friday, December 22^nd.  If your child would like to wear their slippers, please have them bring shoes for going outside.

COOKIE  DECORATING  We will be decorating cookies for our snack.  There is a sign – up sheet on the clipboard.

There is no school for two weeks because of the holiday, Saturday, December 21^st to Sunday, January 7^th.  We will see everyone back refreshed and relaxed on Monday, January 8^th.
